Getting Help While You Play Live Poker Pro

Questions come up mid-session — a hand result, a disconnection, a chip balance that looks off. Our support paths are built so you can flag an issue without leaving the poker lobby for long.

Live Chat Reach our team through the live chat button inside your account. Describe the table name and hand time so we can pull the session log quickly.
Account Wallet Check If a bet settlement looks wrong, open your transaction history under Account Wallet. Every Live Poker Pro round is logged with table ID and timestamp.
Email Support For detailed disputes about a specific hand, email us with your account ID and the round reference number. We review game logs directly with the provider studio.
HOW WE RUN POKER

Fair Play Standards in Our Live Poker Pro Tables

Every Live Poker Pro table on 7starhd1 streams directly from certified studio floors operated by Evolution and Pragmatic Play. We do not host our own dealers — you're watching the same regulated studios that power major international rooms.

Certified Studios

Evolution and Pragmatic Play studios hold independent certifications for their live dealer operations. Game results come from physical cards dealt on camera, not from an RNG.

Session Logging

Every hand in Live Poker Pro is logged server-side with a unique round ID. If a result is ever disputed, the log is the reference — no guesswork about what was dealt.

Transparent RTP

RTP figures for Live Poker Pro variants are shown inside the game where Evolution or Pragmatic Play publish them. We do not invent or modify those figures on our end.

Secure Account Access

Your Live Poker Pro session runs under SSL encryption. Account access uses OTP verification so only you can reach your chip balance or withdraw winnings.

7starhd1 What We Offer in Our Live Poker Pro Lobby

What We Offer in Our Live Poker Pro Lobby

Our Live Poker Pro section carries Casino Hold'em and Three Card Poker tables from Evolution alongside Pragmatic Play's live poker rooms. Each table runs a continuous shuffle, so the deal is always fresh. Side bets like the AA Bonus in Casino Hold'em add an extra pay layer on top of the base hand — RTP figures are shown directly in the game

interface where the provider exposes them. Players in Dhaka reach the lobby in seconds on a mid-range Android connection. Switch between tables without reloading, and your chip balance updates across every seat in real time.

Live Poker Pro Terms Explained

New to Live Poker Pro or just want a clear definition before you sit down? Here are the terms that come up most at our tables.

What is Casino Hold'em?

A live poker variant where you play against the dealer, not other players. You and the dealer each build a five-card hand using two hole cards and five community cards.

What is a side bet in Live Poker Pro?

An optional wager placed alongside your main bet, such as the AA Bonus in Casino Hold'em. It pays based on your two hole cards and the first three community cards, independent of whether you beat the dealer.

What does RTP mean in a live poker game?

Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of all wagered money a game returns over time. In Live Poker Pro, the provider publishes this figure inside the game interface where available.

What is Three Card Poker?

A fast live poker format where both you and the dealer receive three cards each. Hands are ranked differently from standard poker — a straight beats a flush at this card count.

What is a continuous shuffle in Live Poker Pro?

A dealing method where cards are returned to the shoe and reshuffled after each hand, making card-counting ineffective and keeping every round statistically independent of the last.

What does KYC mean for my Live Poker Pro account?

Know Your Customer — the identity verification step our account team runs before processing withdrawals. You submit ID documents once; after approval, payouts route to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet.
